Commercial Deep Cleaning in London

We deep clean offices, shops, venues and other commercial premises across London: a top-to-bottom clean of the dirt that routine cleaning leaves behind. It is for facilities and office managers preparing for a handover, finishing building work or resetting a space that has gone tired.

Book it as a one-off, or as a periodic reset alongside your daily cleaning. Either way, the work is scoped in writing, room by room, before the team arrives.

Commercial Deep Cleaning Services

What Does a Commercial Deep Cleaning Service Include?

A commercial deep clean covers the parts of a building that daily cleaning does not reach. In an office that means skirting boards, door frames, light switches, and the dust on top of partitions, cupboards and high ledges. Tea points are cleaned inside and out: fridges, microwaves, cupboards and splashbacks. Washrooms are descaled, with the grout and fittings cleaned. Furniture that moves is moved, so the floor beneath and behind it gets cleaned too, and hard floors and carpets are machine cleaned rather than mopped or vacuumed. Shared desks, keyboards, phones and door handles are done separately as high-touch surfaces. Before the visit, all of this is written up as a scope, room by room, so both sides know exactly what is included. Most offices are finished in a working day or overnight, and occupied buildings are cleaned floor by floor so no team loses its space for long.

Internal Fixtures

Cleaning of internal fixtures and fittings, including skirting boards, door frames, switches and internal surfaces often missed during routine cleaning.

Internal Glass & Partitions

Glass partitions, internal windows and glazed doors within safe reach, cleaned of dust and fingermarks. Full internal glazing is its own service.

High Contact Surfaces

Deep sanitisation of high-touch surfaces such as door handles, computer keyboards and shared surfaces to support improved hygiene standards.

Tea Points & Office Kitchens

Fridges, microwaves, dishwashers and cupboards cleaned inside and out, with worktops and splashbacks degreased. Commercial catering kitchens have their own deep clean.

Washrooms

Toilets, urinals, sinks and showers descaled and cleaned, with tiles, grout and partitions done top to bottom.

Deep Furniture Reach

Cleaning behind and beneath accessible furniture where dust and debris commonly accumulate but are missed during routine cleaning.

Total Dust Removal

Thorough removal of dust build-up throughout the property, including corners, ledges and surfaces to restore a clean internal environment.

Floors & Surfaces

Deep cleaning of all floors and hard surfaces, and removing embedded dirt, marks and residue to restore a clean, professional finish.

Deep Cleaning vs Standard Cleaning: What’s the Difference?

Daily cleaning keeps a space presentable. A deep clean resets it. Most commercial properties need both.

What Equipment Do We Use?

Each piece of kit has a job. HEPA-filtered vacuums hold fine dust instead of blowing it back into the room. Steam cleans grout and washroom fittings with less chemical. Rotary and scrubber-drier machines lift the dirt that mopping only spreads around.

  • Commercial steam cleaning machinery
  • Professional-grade disinfectants
  • Mechanical floor cleaning equipment

What Every Deep Clean Includes

Reliability in Every Visit

Four things are the same on every commercial deep clean we do, whatever the size of the building.

Directly Employed Specialist Teams

The people who arrive are our own specialist team: directly employed, trained on the machines and the right method for each surface, and briefed on your building before they start. On a job that runs over several visits, we aim to send the same team each time.

Fully Insured & Accredited

We operate with full insurance cover and recognised industry accreditations, delivering deep cleaning services in line with professional and safety standards.

Quality Checked Before Completion

A supervisor who did not do the work checks every room against the written scope. Anything missed is put right before the team leaves, and you get a dated sign-off for your records.

Evenings, Nights and Weekends

Occupied offices are usually deep cleaned outside working hours, or floor by floor during the day, so nobody loses their desk for long.

Methodology

How Does Our Deep Cleaning Process Work?

Every deep clean follows the same four stages. We assess the site before we quote. We write a scope for that property. We work through it room by room. Then we check the work before we sign off. This matters most on large or occupied sites, where the risk is not a missed room but standards drifting between floors or between visits. A written plan, followed in the same order every time, is what stops that. You can have the sign-off record for your facilities or compliance file.

Commercial Deep Cleaning FAQs

Common Questions About Commercial Deep Cleaning

Everything you need to know about our deep cleaning process and what to expect during our visit.

What is included in a deep cleaning service?

A commercial deep clean covers every surface we can reach, not just the areas a daily clean touches. That includes skirting boards, door frames and light switches. It includes kitchen appliances inside and out, plus cupboards, worktops and splashbacks. Bathrooms are descaled and sanitised throughout. We clean internal glass within safe reach. We clean high ledges and dust traps. We clean behind and beneath any furniture that moves. All hard floors and carpets are cleaned. High-touch surfaces get separate attention: door handles, keyboards and shared desks. Every job ends with a quality check and a sign-off against your agreed scope.

How is a deep clean different from daily cleaning?

Daily cleaning keeps a building presentable; a deep clean resets it. It reaches what daily cleaning skips - high ledges, behind furniture, inside appliances, grout lines - with machine-cleaned floors, and it is scoped room by room rather than run to a checklist.

Do you offer one-off deep cleans?

Yes. You do not need a cleaning contract with us. A one-off deep clean is scoped in writing, priced as a single job and paid before the visit, with no ongoing commitment. Periodic deep cleans can be set up later if you want them.
