Our Services
Bayleaf FM provides commercial cleaning and facilities management services for London businesses, and has done since 2001. Our services fall into three groups: general cleaning (daily cleaning, housekeeping and kitchen porters), specialist cleaning (deep cleans, window cleaning and other one-off or periodic work) and facilities management (maintenance, washroom services, waste management and pest control, for clients with a cleaning contract). Cleaning contracts are delivered by directly employed teams under a named site manager.

Intensive cleaning of kitchen areas including appliances, surfaces, cupboards and grease-prone zones to restore hygiene and maintain a safe environment.
Builders Clean
Cleaning carried out after construction or refurbishment works to remove dust, debris, paint splashes and installation residue, preparing the space for safe use and final presentation.
End of Tenancy Clean
Property cleaning before or after a tenancy changeover, so the space is hygienic, presentable and ready for new occupants.
Sparkle Clean
A final presentation clean for vacant properties before handover or occupation, removing dust, light marks and surface residue to ensure the space feels fresh, polished and ready for use.
Carpet Cleaning
