About Spread a Smile
Founded in 2013, Spread a Smile was born from a desire to bring laughter and distraction to seriously ill children and teenagers in hospitals across the UK.
What started as a small initiative has grown into a vital lifeline for families. Today, they support patients across 39 NHS hospitals and 6 hospices, providing a range of services designed to improve the mental well-being and hospital experience of young people.
