Role Purpose
We’re seeking an experienced Cleaning Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of cleaning services across a portfolio of client sites in Manchester. You’ll lead a team of Site Managers to maintain high standards, ensure contract compliance, and build strong client relationships while meeting financial and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cleaning operations across multiple sites.
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, and client meetings.
- Oversee budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation.
- Drive service quality, performance, and client satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and develop Site Managers and cleaning teams.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company policies.
- Prepare quotations and support new contract mobilisations.
About You
- Proven experience as a Contract or Senior Contract Manager in cleaning, FM, or similar.
- Skilled in managing multi-site operations and teams.
- Strong client relationship, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, COSHH, and cleaning standards.
- Proficient in reporting, budgeting, and workforce systems (e.g., Timegate).
- Industry qualifications (BICSc, IOSH, NEBOSH) desirable.
